This recipe for Spinach Plunge Stuffed Mushrooms joins my family's two most loved tidbits: stuffed mushrooms and spinach plunge, of course! The flavors soften together so well! This is also an extraordinary method to go through a sack of crisp spinach that may be in your cooler as this recipe doesn't utilize a whole pack.

One cluster makes around 16 mushrooms. In case you're intending to make these for a gathering, figure two for every visitors and twofold or triple the recipe as required. I incline toward the kind of child bella mushrooms, however you can absolutely utilize entire white mushrooms.

Solidifying these stuffed mushrooms isn't suggested as the surface of the filling and the mushrooms will be adjusted when solidified. Stuff the mushrooms with the filling and them keep them canvassed with cling wrap in the refrigerator. Simply pop them in the broiler before visitors show up.
